Fulfillment Policy
All of our products and services are delivered digitally and are custom-built for each client. Once an order is placed and payment is received, our team will begin production based on the details provided at checkout or during the onboarding process. Fulfillment timelines vary depending on the product purchased and will be communicated clearly upon confirmation of your order.

Clients will receive their digital product or service via email or direct platform access, typically within 2–5 business days unless otherwise noted. For products tied to voting campaigns, fulfillment will be aligned with the published contest schedule.

Refund Policy
Because our products are custom-designed and created specifically for each campaign or contest, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once production has begun or once digital access has been granted.

However, if you encounter any issues with the delivery, functionality, or accuracy of your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We are committed to resolving any problems and will make reasonable efforts to correct or replace the product if it does not meet the specifications outlined in your order.
