Toni Kulbacki Barber Shop for 38 years has been located in Downtown DuBois. We have services for the entire family. Hair cuts for men, women, children. Face and head shaves, colors and perms, highlights, and face waxing. We do take appointments and walk-ins are always welcome. We are always looking and expanding our knowledge with trainings.
